Booking Terms and Conditions

Registration and Confirmation
  • Registration for a retreat or event can be done through our online booking system.
  • Your reservation is only final once you have received a confirmation email from us and the deposit has been paid.
Payments
  • Upon registration, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.
Cancellation by Participant
Cancellations up to 15 days before the start date of the retreat/event:

  • 100% refund;
  • or donate the deposit to the foundation;
  • or reschedule to another date;
  • or have someone else participate in your place.
Cancellations within 15 days before the start date of the retreat/event:

  • Donate the deposit to the foundation;
  • or have someone else participate in your place.
Cancellation by Organizer
  • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat or event, you will receive a full refund for the retreat or event.
  • Any travel and/or accommodation costs incurred will not be refunded.
Participation Terms
  • Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat/event.
  • Participation is at your own risk.
Changes to the Program
  • We reserve the right to modify the program if necessary.
